Description:
The SLM-310 is the first high-power spatial light modulator with a light power capacity of 1kW (1064nm CW). It is a high-power spatial light modulator/kilowatt-level spatial light modulator/1kW spatial light modulator/LCOS spatial light modulator/high-speed spatial light modulator (LCOS type), specially designed by Santec for high-power laser processing scenarios. It uses a WUXGA (1920×1200) high-resolution panel and supports 10-bit phase modulation (1024 grayscale levels) and ultra-low phase stability (<0.003π rad). Combined with an efficient water-cooling system, it can achieve beam shaping, wavefront correction, and multi-focus beam splitting, significantly improving the accuracy and efficiency of laser welding, cutting, and 3D printing.
Feature:
Ultra-high power carrying capacity
The SLM-310 can withstand up to 1kW of laser power, suitable for the near-infrared band (1020 - 1100 nm), and can effectively cope with the extreme peak power of ultra-fast lasers, avoiding the performance degradation of traditional SLM caused by thermal effects.
Water-cooled cooling system
Adopts a patented water-cooling circulation design, with a 150% improvement in cooling efficiency compared to the previous generation, ensuring stability during long-term high-load operation and guaranteeing equipment lifespan and processing consistency.
High resolution and phase stability
Resolution: WUXGA (1920×1200 pixels), providing 2.3 million pixels of high resolution, suitable for fine processing requirements.
Phase stability: < 0.003π (typical value), ensuring high precision in beam control.
