Synchronous channels: It can synchronize up to 6 M8190A arbitrary waveform generator modules (i.e., 12 independent channels), or 4 M8051A and 1 M8041A BERT modules (i.e., 10 independent channels).
Trigger function: One trigger input can trigger up to 6 M8190A modules with deterministic delay, or 4 M8051A and 1 M8041A modules. Product Features:
High-precision synchronization: The skew repeatability between any two channels is 2ps, independent of the sampling rate. The skew resolution is 50fs, allowing for precise calibration and enabling repeatable measurements. It ensures the synchronization accuracy of multiple-channel signals and meets the requirements of complex signal testing.
Widely applicable: Suitable for generating phase-coherent multi-channel I/Q signals (up to 6 I/Q pairs), generating phase-coherent multi-channel intermediate frequency/radio frequency signals (up to 12 intermediate frequency/radio frequency signals), etc. It also supports testing of high-speed digital buses such as PCI Express, and can meet complex testing requirements such as multi-transmitter testing.
Flexible combination: Can be combined with the M9505A 5-slot AXIe chassis, the M8190A arbitrary waveform generator module, etc., to form multi-channel systems of 4 channels or 8 channels, providing users with flexible configuration options.
