Description:
The ATS-730 device has a wide temperature range from -85°C to +225°C. It is controlled by a touch screen and features anti-static protection and automatic defrosting functions, as well as compatibility with multiple communication interfaces. Its unique OCM system offers a higher rate of temperature change and accuracy, supporting real-time temperature monitoring and flexible testing modes, and is suitable for precise chip-level temperature testing.
Feature:
Temperature change rate: -55°C to +125°C, < 10 seconds
+125°C to -55°C, < 10 seconds
Continuous exhaust volume: 4 to 18 scfm (1.8 to 8.5 l/s)
Temperature display resolution: ±1°C
Temperature display accuracy: ±1°C (calibrated by NIST of the United States National Institute of Standards and Technology)
2 detection modes: Air Mode and DUT Mode (DUT temperature sensor: T-type or K-type thermocouple)
Remote interface: IEEE.488, RS232
The heating cover provides a limited temperature testing environment to prevent water vapor from condensing on the DUT
The handheld heat pipe can also be freely moved to the component being tested; or a working stand can be purchased to eliminate the need for handheld operation
