The ILX Light Wave LDC-3700B series laser diode controller is an industry-leading high-performance, microprocessor-based instrument series, providing a highly stable and low-noise current source, and integrating a 32W temperature controller specially designed to control the current and temperature of the laser diode. These controllers are renowned in the industry for their reliability, accuracy and ease of use.
The LDC-3714B, LDC-3724B and LDC-3744B cover various testing and control applications of medium and low power laser diodes. The LDC-3714B and 3724B are specifically designed for the precise control of medium and low power laser diodes with dual-range current sources of 50/100mA and 200/500mA respectively. For laser diodes with higher power, the LDC-3744B provides a dual-range current source of 2/4A. The LDC-3714B, LDC-3724B and LDC-3744B are equipped with an integrated 32W temperature controller.
Independent power supplies for laser and TE current provide clean and isolated power for laser protection and stability. All mature laser diode protection strategies for ILX light waves, including slow start, adjustable current limiting and compliant voltage, intermittent contact protection, and output short-circuit relays, are incorporated into each model.
