The Keysight MX0024A InfiniiMax Ultra 20 GHz probe amplifier enhances usability as you can use a single probe tip to measure differential, single-ended, and common-mode signals. 
When you connect the signal to the oscilloscope using the probe, it becomes part of the circuit that affects the test. Your probe may hide signal details, reduce signal load or cause signal distortion. The InfiniiMax Ultra series probes have the lowest load, having the least impact on the circuit. Enhance the test margin and gain measurement confidence with unprecedented accuracy. Ensure that your entire measurement system helps you see the most accurate representation of the signal. 
Due to its high-impedance RC curve, these probes have the lowest noise and capacitance load, and the lowest load at more frequencies. The InfiniiMax Ultra series supports InfiniiMode, featuring user-defined AC calibration mode, a wider input voltage range, higher accuracy, unique S-parameter characteristics, lower capacitance load, a wider input voltage range, micro/socket probes for smaller density detection, and a larger bandwidth. The InfiniiMax Ultra series adopts an RC input impedance architecture, with the lowest load and minimum signal distortion over the widest frequency range. 
The InfiniiMax Ultra probe offers three attenuation ranges - 1:1, 4:1, and 8:1 - providing you with outstanding noise performance and a wide voltage range while maintaining the maximum bandwidth. The input range is automatically configured based on the size of the input signal and the vertical scale of the oscilloscope.
