Product Description:
N1225A is a 6U-sized VME board that integrates an optical fiber receiver for laser interferometric measurement. It receives light from the system optical system and outputs high-resolution position data through the VMEbus, LAN, and A and C lines on the VME P2 connector.
Feature:
High measurement accuracy: When using planar mirror optical components, the position resolution can reach 0.15nm, enabling high-precision position measurement and meeting the requirements of extremely demanding application scenarios.
High receiver sensitivity: The receiver sensitivity is 0.065μW, capable of effectively detecting weak light signals and ensuring the accuracy and stability of the measurement.
Support for high-speed measurement: When using a 15MHz separated laser head, the speed of the planar mirror stage can reach ±2.29m/s, capable of meeting the position measurement requirements for rapidly moving objects, and can be used in dynamic performance testing and other scenarios.
Multi-channel data output: Each board has four measurement channels, allowing simultaneous measurement of multiple axes. It provides multiple data output methods, including 36-bit position output data rate @10MHz per axis and 12-bit position output simultaneously @10MHz, facilitating connection and data processing with different control systems or data acquisition devices.
High scalability: Multiple N1225A boards can be linked together, with a maximum of 31 axis position measurement possible, making it convenient for users to expand the system scale according to actual needs and adapt to large and complex positioning system applications.
Easy data acquisition: It has "scope-like" data acquisition function, which can be operated through a standard web browser, facilitating real-time monitoring and analysis of measurement data without the need for additional complex software or hardware devices.
Optional features: Optional cycle error compensation function can further improve measurement accuracy and system performance, meeting the personalized needs of different users for measurement accuracy and system performance.
