For system-level applications, the 2600A Series' Test Script Processor (TSP) architecture and new features such as parallel test execution and precise timing achieve the industry's highest test throughput and lower test costs. The program code of 2600A series is backward compatible with 2600 series, so users can directly use 2600A instead of 2600 series.
