The attenuation ratio of 1168A/69A is only 3.4:1, which is the lowest probe noise floor among the InfiniiMax probes. It is highly suitable for signal integrity measurements requiring high sensitivity. The 1168A/69A probe system supports a wide range of practical applications, including various probes and accessories. The unparalleled InfiniiMax probe accessories support browsing, soldering, sockets, ZIF tips, quick tips (magnetic tips), soft contacts, and SMA head solutions, with multiple options available.
