The E5063A is a 2-port 50Ω S-parameter test instrument. Its frequency range is from 100kHz to 4.5GHz (Option 245), from 100kHz to 8.5GHz (Option 285), or from 100kHz to 18GHz (Option 2H5). It is suitable for the testing of wireless communication devices such as smartphones, cellular base stations, WLAN, and simple RF passive components like RF cables/connectors, couplers, isolators, and filters.
