N1040A is a high-performance dual-channel electrical test module launched by Keysight Technologies, mainly used for high-speed digital signal and electrical communication tests. It is applicable to applications such as high-speed SerDes, PCIe, DDR, 400G/800G Ethernet electrical interfaces, etc. It can be used in conjunction with Infiniium UXR series oscilloscopes (such as UXR1104A), providing high-precision and low-noise electrical signal acquisition capabilities.
