Description:
The Keysight 346A noise source is an ideal companion for Keysight's noise figure solution. Since it is broadband (10 MHz to 18 GHz), there is no need to use multiple sources in different frequency bands. The low standing wave ratio (SWR) of the noise source minimizes the reflection of the test signal, thereby reducing the uncertainty of the measurement. The reflection coefficient change from ON to OFF is very small (<0.01), specifically designed for accurately characterizing input impedance-sensitive devices such as GaAsFET and many UHF amplifiers.
