The 83018A Keysight Microwave System amplifier is a best-selling compact amplifier ideal for system designers and system integrators. This amplifier can provide the power needed to recover system losses and increase the power available in RF and microwave ATE systems. Due to its large bandwidth of 2 to 26.5 GHz, designers can use one Keysight amplifier instead of multiple narrow-bandwidth amplifiers without the need for a frequency-splitting network or multiple biased power supplies. The standard Keysight 83018A includes an internal directional detector for external leveling applications. Compared to the large bandwidth and high gain, the amplifier also has an excellent noise figure, which can significantly improve the system noise figure and dynamic range. The 83018A Keysight comes standard with a small radiator, an integral mounting bracket and a 2-meter DC power cord. Its thermal characteristics and power supply design can be quickly and easily integrated into most measurement systems.
