The Keysight B2902B Precision Source/Measurement Unit (SMU) is a 2-channel, compact and cost-effective benchtop SMU capable of source and measure voltage and current. It can easily measure the relationship between current and voltage (I/V) with high accuracy. The 4-quadrant source and measurement function enables I/V measurements without the need to configure multiple instruments.
