AQ6375B is a long-wavelength benchtop spectrum analyzer that can cover a wavelength range of more than 2μm. It is designed for engineers and researchers who have been suffering from the lack of long wavelength measuring instruments available. It can provide comprehensive analysis functions while achieving high precision, high resolution and high sensitivity measurement, thus eliminating the trouble of calibration steps and developing external analysis software.
