For many years, engineers have believed that DCA can provide accurate and simple waveform measurement of digital communications. The Keysight N109X DCA-M series uses a high-performance DCA-X oscilloscope host acquisition system and electrical channel hardware for the 861XX and N104X plug-in modules. Unlike the 86100 and N1000, which use modules to create waveform analysis systems, the N109X is a fully integrated instrument, built on a small form factor. Electronic channels with 30 GHz and 50 GHz bandwidths are available. The N109X user interface and operating system are the same as the modern FlexDCA interface (86100D and N1000A). A user-supplied PC running the N1010A FlexDCA software controls the N109X via a simple USB 2.0 or 3.0 connection
