The Agilent 81960A creates a new performance standard for compact tunable lasers with faster scanning speeds and repetition rates, as well as dynamic accuracy technical indicators that meet the measurement requirements of DWDM components. Dynamically specified scans in both directions further improve the repetition rate and are suitable for real-time use during adjustment and calibration. The dynamic wavelength accuracy of Agilent 81960A will meet the testing requirements of many DWDM components at the best cost/performance ratio. The excellent source-to-spontaneous noise ratio makes it sufficient to test the isolation of many filter elements.
