The B2985B Electrometer/High Resistance Meter is the world's only graphic electrometer that allows you to reliably measure small currents with A resolution of 0.01 fA (0.01 x 10-15 A) and large resistances up to 10 PΩ (10 x 10, 15 Ω). It has a 4.3-inch color LCD with a graphical user interface that provides trend charts and histogram data in addition to digital information. These front panel features enable you to capture transient behavior and perform quick statistical analysis without a PC. The available Setup Integrity Checker software option allows you to compare the noise levels of different wiring and fixture arrangements to help isolate external noise sources.
