故障点：测量幅度有误差
原因分析：本振板组件损坏，导致低频段测量超差大，高频段平坦度超差。
故障点：无信号显示或信号显示异常
原因分析：射频输入部分、变频混频部分、中频对数放大部分、检波电路部分或微处理器部分出现故障。
故障点：开机自检不通过
原因分析：仪器内部存在硬件故障，如第二变频电路中的集成块损坏，或峰值检波电路中有断线等。
故障点：GPIB不工作
原因分析：GPIB电缆连接错误或损坏，GPIB地址设置错误。
故障点：显示故障（如黑屏、花屏）

Professional maintenance of Agilent 8563E spectrum analyzer, its common faults and causes are analyzed as follows
Fault point: Measurement amplitude error
Cause analysis: The local oscillator module is damaged, resulting in large measurement overshoot in low frequency band and overshoot in high frequency band flatness.
Fault: No signal is displayed or the signal is abnormal
Cause analysis: The RF input part, frequency conversion mixing part, IF logarithmic amplification part, detection circuit part or microprocessor part of the fault.
Fault point: The power-on self-test fails
Cause analysis: There is a hardware failure inside the instrument, such as the integrated block damage in the second frequency conversion circuit, or the broken line in the peak detection circuit.
Fault point: GPIB does not work
Cause: The GPIB cable is incorrectly connected or damaged, and the GPIB address is incorrectly set.
Fault point: Display fault (such as black screen, flower screen)
Cause analysis: Power failure, high voltage circuit failure or display panel component damage.
