The 2635B SourceMeter SMU instrument is a newly improved single-channel SMU instrument with a tightly integrated four-quadrant design, which enables it to provide and measure voltage and current simultaneously, thus improving productivity from research and development to automated production test applications. With a wide range of 1.5A DC, 10A pulse, 200V output and 0.1fA measurement resolution, it is an ideal choice for testing various low-current devices and materials. In addition to retaining all the features of the 2635A model, the 2635B model also has 6.5-bit resolution, USB 2.0 connection, and software command simulation of the 2400 Type SourceMeter SMU instrument, which can easily migrate traditional test code. The 2635B model is equipped with Keithley's high-speed TSP technology (over 190% faster than traditional PC-to-instrument communication technology), which significantly improves system-level speed and reduces test costs.
