Product Overview:
The Keithley 2636A SourceMeter is part of Keithley's latest I-V source measurement instrument and can be used as a benchtop I-V characterization tool or a building block component for a multi-channel I-V test system. For desktop use, the Keithley 2636A SourceMeter features embedded TSP® Express software tools that allow users to quickly and easily perform common I-V tests without programming or installing software. For system-level applications, the 2600A series' Test Script Processor (TSP®) architecture and new capabilities such as parallel test execution and precise timing deliver the highest throughput in the industry, reducing test costs.
