The TDP1000 high-voltage differential probe provides the outstanding high-speed electrical and mechanical performance required for today's switching-mode power supplies (SMPS), CAN/LIN buses, and high-speed digital system designs.
The TDP1000, TDP0500, and P6251 high voltage differential probes are specifically designed to use and connect directly to Tektronics oscilloscopes with a TekVPI™ probe interface or TekProbe BNC interface. These probes enable high-speed signal acquisition and measurement fidelity by addressing three traditional measurement challenges:
