The LDT-5980 120W Thermoelectric Temperature controller provides industry-leading accuracy and precision for temperature control of laser diodes and other optoelectronic components. The LDT-5980 has a fully programmable digital PID control loop with automatic tuning. Standard features include four-wire voltage and sensor measurements as well as AC resistance modes to characterize TE modules during development.
For automated testing, the LDT-5980 has a GPIB user interface and input and output triggers. For virtual instrument programming, LabVIEW® instrument drivers are available free of charge. LabVIEW® Instrument drivers can be downloaded from the Literature and Download options on this page.
