The 53230A universal frequency counter/timer meets all your frequency and interval measurement needs. In addition to typical frequency and time interval measurements, it also performs continuous/gap-free measurements for basic modulation domain analysis. The 53230A comes with optional burst measurement software. It can add optional RF channels for 6 or 15 GHz measurements.
