The SNS Series N4002A is a noise source from 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz with a nominal ENR of 15 dB. DUT with noise figures up to 30 dB can be measured accurately and reliably with this device. The N4002A noise source is available in a variety of connectors, with an APC 3.5 (mm) connector as standard.
Electronically storing over noise ratio (ENR) calibration data reduces the chance of user error
Automatically downloading ENR data to the NFA speeds up overall setup times
Temperature compensation improves measurement accuracy, resulting in more stringent equipment performance specifications
A 3.5mm connector is available as standard, with an N-type connector available as option 001
