For high voltage measurements over 2.5 kV, the P6015A is the industry standard. You can measure DC voltages up to 20KVRMS and pulses up to 40KV (peak,100 mA). The 75 MHZ bandwidth allows you to capture fast, high-voltage signals.
The P6015A uses an environmentally safe silicone compound as a medium and requires no refilling. Additional features include: a 7-49PP compensation range, small compensation boxes to fit adjacent amplifier inputs, and a read option using most Tektronx digital ranges. With the read option, the voltage amplitude displayed will be the actual signal value and not underestimated by the 1000 factor.
