N2894A micro passive probe
Keysight N2894A passive probe provides DC to 700 MHz frequency and 10:1 attenuation factor to meet a variety of measurement needs. The Keysight N2894A series passive probes feature a compact 2.5mm probe diameter, low input capacitance, and a variety of fine-pitch probe tip accessories, making them ideal for probing dense IC components or surface-mount devices used in today's high-speed digital applications.
The sharp tip of the probe is fitted with a spring to help engineers prevent the probe from slipping off the device under test. The insulated IC cap places the small probe tip in the center of the IC lead and prevents short circuits in adjacent leads. Standard flat blade ground connectors and self-adhesive copper ground pads help reduce ground inductance while providing a convenient ground connection. Optional probe tip accessories provide specialized functionality for demanding applications.
The probe is compatible with Keysight InfiniiVision 4000 X series oscilloscopes with 1 MΩ input. The N2894A provides 700 MHz system bandwidth when combined with the 4000 X Series 1 GHz/1.5 GHz models.
