Keysight N4693D Microwave Electronic Calibration (ECal) module can calibrate Keysight vector network analyzer quickly, easily and accurately. The N4693D is a precision 2-port ECal module that supports 2.4mm connectors up to 50 GHz. Choose from female to female, male to male, or female to male connectors. A plastic storage box for the N4693D is included to hold the ECal modules and accessories.
The N4693D option 0DC extends the calibration frequency range to DC, which facilitates wideband device modeling or time domain and signal integrity analysis using enhanced time domain analysis capabilities on Keysight network analyzers.
