Product Description:
The Keysight InfiniiVision 3000A X Series oscilloscopes are available in a variety of formats - 2 or 4 analog channels, with or without MSO capabilities, and bandwidths from 100 MHz to 1 GHz.
Deeper memory enables longer capture
With MegaZoom IV deep memory up to 4 Mpts, you can capture long, non-repetitive signals while maintaining a high sampling rate, and then zoom in quickly on areas of interest.
The InfiniiVision 3000 X Series optimizes your deep memory oscilloscope measurements by using MegaZoom IV technology, automatically making the most efficient tradeoff between sampling rate, memory depth, and waveform update rate. Although many people believe that deeper memories are always better, often deep memories mean making trade-offs.
Oscilloscopes with deep memory require additional waveform processing time to pick up deep memory waveforms, which means that the waveform update rate will be significantly reduced. As a result, most other oscilloscopes have manual storage depth selection, and typical default storage depth Settings are usually relatively shallow (10 to 100 kpts). If you want to use deep memory in these other oscilloscopes, you'll have to turn it on manually and handle the update rate tradeoff.
