The M8040A-32G high-performance BERT delivers clean NRZ and PAM4 signals up to 64 GBaud with fast conversion and low inherent jitter. The M8040A's remote head concept uses a 1.85 mm short cable to bring performance close to the device under test, minimizing signal attenuation caused by lossy channels.
