It is an ideal test instrument for electro-optic components for 56 Gbaud coherent transmission as well as fiber optic radio (RoF) and Aerospace & Defense (A&D) electro-optic test applications.
The N4373D is traceable to international standards and provides guaranteed specifications for electro-optic responsive S-parameter measurement in a turnkey solution. In combination with the N4694A Electronic Calibration kit, you can set up tests faster so you can focus on developing components.
The quick and easy measurement setup increases productivity because time-consuming electrical calibration steps are automated and optical calibration by the operator is no longer required.
