Product Overview
Keysight N9040B UXA is the flagship product of the X series signal analyzer, built using proprietary technology. N9040B provides a frequency coverage range of up to 26.5 GHz (specified by appropriate options) and can be extended to 1.1 THz using standard external mixing functionality. N9040B combines high-quality analysis bandwidth of up to 510 MHz, full band real-time analysis (optional), and industry-leading phase noise performance. UXA also uses a streamlined touch driven interface on the 14.1-inch large display screen, simplifying measurement settings through the familiar X-series menu structure. With its broader and deeper view of elusive broadband signals, UXA enables you to further design in fields such as aerospace, defense, and commercial communications.
