Product Description:
Edwan tests the R8340A UHR meter using an input amplifier gain-switched I-V converter, A high-speed sampling A/D converter and a low noise high response voltage generator. They are fast and accurate, with a current measurement range of 10 fA to 19.999 mA and a current measurement range of 10 Ω to 3 × 1016Ω for resistance measurement.
The R8340A has a stepless variable DC supply with voltages from 0.000 V to 1000.0 V as a voltage source for measuring high resistance. They can be used to test and inspect electrical insulating materials such as synthetic resins and rubber, switches, connectors and capacitors.
For microcurrent measurement, ion current and leakage current can be measured with high sensitivity and precision. The meter has a handler interface that connects to external devices such as automatic handlers and fixtures. The output in packaging format improves the efficiency of GPIB data transmission and ensures the throughput of production line and incoming inspection.
