Product Introduction:
The economical 2401 is the latest addition to the Giseli 2400 series of digital source meters, designed for low-voltage test applications requiring tightly coupled sources and measurements. Similar to all 2400 series digital source meters, the 2401 features precision voltage and current sources and measurement capabilities (1μV -- 20V and 10pA -- 1A). The 2401 is both a highly stable DC power source and a true instrument-grade 5-bit semi-multimeter. The features of the DC power supply include low noise, high accuracy, and read-back. Multimeter features include high repeatability and low noise. Finally, a compact single-channel DC parameter tester is realized. In use, the 2401 can be used as a voltage source, current source, voltmeter, ammeter, and ohm meter.
