The HP 54600B is an "entry level" dual channel 100MHz digital oscilloscope that is extremely simple to operate, small in size and light in weight. The GPIB interface unit allows tracking data to be captured by means such as "soft maps" and complete ATE/ remote control when required. With 100 MHz bandwidth, two input channels, and scan speeds from 2 ns/div to 5 ns/div, the 54600B is ideal for desktop troubleshooting, production testing, field service, and education - or anywhere else you need a reliable range with solid performance
