N1045A 60 GHz 远程采样探头模块经过设计可提供出色的测量精度和最高的吞吐量，适用于多路电气设计测试。远程探头设计允许用户将高带宽采样器放置在接近被测器件的位置，从而最大限度地减少电缆损耗。
为了高效地测试当前高速设计所采用的高密度端口，每个 N1045A 模块都配有 2 或 4 个远程探头采样器。86100D DCA-X 宽带宽示波器主机最多容纳 4 个 N1045A 模块，由此单个主机可以灵活地配置 2 至 16 个电通道。用户可以选择 60/45/35/20 GHz 带宽，对模块进行配置以便获得最低噪声（< 300 uV）或最大带宽（65 GHz 典型值）。用户还能选择配有 1.85mm 阳头或阴头连接器的采样器，从而最大限度地减轻适配器引起的信号降级。每个采样器均提供独立的偏斜控制，可让用户消除电缆或夹具造成的偏斜。
当 N1045A 与 86107A 精密时基模块搭配使用时，86100D 可为多达 8 个 60 GHz 通道提供超低时基抖动（< 200 fs rms），非常适合对运行速率在 25 – 28 Gbps 之间的四端口设备进行测试。83496B 时钟恢复模块、N4877A CDR 和去多路复用器或其它外部时钟恢复仪器均提供时钟恢复功能。

The N1045A 60 GHz remote sampling probe module is designed to provide excellent measurement accuracy and highest throughput for multi-channel electrical design testing. The remote probe design allows the user to place the high-bandwidth sampler close to the device under test, thus minimizing cable losses.
To efficiently test the high-density ports employed by current high-speed designs, each N1045A module is equipped with two or four remote probe samplers. The 86100D DCA-X wideband oscilloscope host accommodates up to four N1045A modules, allowing a single host to be flexibly configured with 2 to 16 electrical channels. Users can choose a bandwidth of 60/45/35/20 GHz and configure the module to achieve the lowest noise (< 300 uV) or maximum bandwidth (typical value of 65 GHz). The user can also choose a sampler with a 1.85mm male or female connector to minimize signal degradation caused by the adapter. Each sampler provides independent skew control, allowing users to eliminate the skew caused by cables or fixtures.
