Keysight N6754A是一款300 W高性能自动量程直流电源模块，可提供低噪声、高精度和编程速度，比其他可编程电源快10到50倍。可选的高速测试扩展提供了一个类似示波器的数字化仪，当查看被测设备（DUT）内的高速瞬态或脉冲事件时，可以提高测量精度。


该模块用于小型多输出1U高N6700薄型模块化电源系统（用于ATE系统）和多输出N6705直流电源分析仪（用于台架测试）。符合GPIB、LAN、USB和LXI标准。从20多种不同的直流电源模块中进行选择，功能从基本到高精度，功率从20-500W不等。

Product Description:
The Keysight N6754A is a 300 W high-performance, autoranging DC power module that provides low noise, high accuracy and programming speeds that are up to 10 to 50 times faster than other programmable power supplies. Optional high-speed test extension offers an oscilloscope-like digitizer that increases measurement accuracy when viewing high-speed transient or pulse events within the device-under-test (DUT).


This module is used in both the small, multiple output 1U high N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System (for ATE systems) and the multiple output N6705 DC Power Analyzer (for bench testing). GPIB, LAN, USB, and LXI compliance are standard. Select from more than 20 different DC power modules, ranging in capability from basic to high precision, and in power from 20 - 500 W.
