由于电子设备的小型化与高密度集成结构技术发展，在半导体封装的故障分析上对应各种各样的分析条件和优化分析环境的系统的需求越来越多。

TS9001TDR系统通过利用我公司自主研发的短脉冲信号处理技术的高分辨率的TDR测量(时域反射测量)，高速高精度的无损分析，检测出先进半导体封装内的布线故障定位。另外，我们的TS9001系统可与客户所持有/选定的高频探针系统连接，为测试体形状(晶圆，IC)和故障分析环境提供灵活的解决方案。


特点：
  • 可对应面积阵列封装BGA，晶圆等级，2.5D/3.5D等先进封装的失效分析
  • 故障定位的分辨率 可达到5 um以下
  • 测量所要时间 30sec(平均1024次，与本公司现有的产品相比快了1/10)
  • 通过与带有加热系统功能的高频探针系统的连接，可以将样品在低温/高温的状态下进行故障分析(失效分析)评估
  • 通过使用自动扎针(Touch Down)功能，可实现精确的可重复测量，减少人为误差
  • 提供CAD Data Link(故障位置指示软件)，可在CAD数据上的显示故障区域。(可选项)

Product introduction:
Due to the miniaturization of electronic equipment and the development of high density integrated structure technology, more and more demands are made for fault analysis of semiconductor packaging to correspond to a variety of analysis conditions and optimize the analysis environment system.

TS9001TDR system through the use of our self-developed short pulse signal processing technology of high resolution TDR measurement (time-domain reflectography measurement), high-speed and high-precision nondestructive analysis, detection of advanced semiconductor packaging wiring fault location. In addition, our TS9001 system can be connected to customer owned/selected HF probe systems to provide a flexible solution for test body shapes (wafers, ics) and fault analysis environments.


Features:
  • Can correspond to the area array package BGA, wafer grade, 2.5D/3.5D and other advanced packaging failure analysis
  • The resolution of fault location can be less than 5 um
  • Measurement time 30sec(average 1024 times, 1/10 faster than our existing products)
  • The sample can be evaluated by fault analysis (failure analysis) at low/high temperature by connection with a high frequency probe system with heating system function
  • By using the Touch Down function, accurate repeatable measurements are achieved, reducing human error
  • CAD Data Link(fault location indicating software) is provided to display the fault area on CAD data. (Optional)
