The DSOX1102G is an InfiniiVision 1000X series 70MHz, 2-channel oscilloscope with function generator. The InfiniiVision 1000X series oscilloscopes have been carefully designed to deliver industry-proven high quality technology. Utilizing the unique MegaZoom IV custom ASIC technology designed by Keysight, the InfiniiVision 1000 X Series delivers up to 50,000 waveforms per second. Waveform tools include quick access to FFT and other waveform mathematics, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division functions. Reference waveforms allow quick comparison of stored waveforms. The external trigger can be used as a third channel and displayed on the screen to create a bus-type display. The built-in WaveGen supports amplitude and frequency modulation of sine waves, square waves, sawtooth waves, pulses, DC and noise. The built-in function generator can generate the signals required by the user to quickly stimulate the design. Signals are easily synchronized and used to measure excitation/response tests, including frequency response analysis (Bode gain and phase).
