The 34925A module for the 34980A Multifunctional switch/measuring unit is a high speed multiplexer using a long life solid state relay. High-speed FET relays can scan up to 1000 channels per second. This module is suitable for large-scale automatic test applications requiring high speed and long life relays. The 2-wire and 4-wire channels can be mixed configured in the same module, or configured as a 1-wire multiplexer. The standard 50-pin D-Sub connector can be used with standard cables, terminals, or large-scale interconnection solutions.
