TOS9200是一款搭载有AC耐压、绝缘电阻试验这2大功能的耐压/绝缘电阻测试仪。构成其中心部分的电源采用高效率的开直流电源和PWM方式的交流电源。由此，实现大输出和高稳定特性，而且质量轻巧，结构紧凑。另外，通过与接地电阻测试仪（TOS6200）组合使用，可将3类试验集中到一道工序中进行处理。通过组合高电压扫描器TOS9220／TOS9221，该测试仪还可以自动检查最多16个通道的试验点，从而发展成为更加安全可靠的自动检查系统。
TOS9200 is a voltage resistance/insulation resistance tester equipped with AC voltage resistance and insulation resistance test. The central part of the power supply adopts high efficiency open DC power supply and PWM mode of AC power supply. Thus, large output and high stability characteristics are realized, and lightweight and compact structure. In addition, by combining with the ground resistance tester (TOS6200), the three types of tests can be concentrated into one process for processing. By incorporating the TOS9220 / TOS9221 high voltage scanner, the tester can also automatically check test sites up to 16 channels, thus evolving into a more secure and reliable automated inspection system.
