The 81130A offers advanced delay and exceeds the 81110A's pulse width accuracy due to the PLL oscillator. Note, however, that this high-precision oscillator is not triggerable. The 81130A provides large, segmented memory (64 kbit) compared to the 81110A. Its countable loop and sequential PRBS features provide overall flexibility for serial data requests (for example, data communication information and initialization routines). Dual channel is now available for EXORED-for internal addition. Four independent timing edges are combined to allow support for pulses of any waveform in a single signal.
