MT8850A以寻呼模式与EUT建立连结,用户亦可以用GPIB界面或面板键入EUT的BT地址,如果不清楚EUT的地址，用户可以用查询指令查询 BT 位址或以GPIB/RS-232读取。当EUT进入测试状态，MT8850A将会控制EUT的所有操作。MT8850A将根据测试程序要求， 使EUT进入 loopback 或Tx模式测试，开关跳频功能，设定发射及接收频率等。
MT8850A connects to EUT in pager mode. Users can also type in the BT address of EUT using the GPIB interface or panel. If the address of EUT is not clear, users can query the BT address with the query instruction or read by GPIB/RS-232. When the EUT enters the test state, MT8850A will control all operations of the EUT. MT8850A will make the EUT enter loopback or Tx mode test according to the requirements of the test program, switch frequency hopping function, set the transmission and receiving frequency, etc.
