The 2611B-L is equipped with Keithley's high-speed TSP® technology (200% faster than traditional PC-to-instrument communication), which greatly increases system-level speed and reduces cost of test. The TSP-Link® interface enables multi-channel parallel testing and expands the test system without host overhead. The wide range of 1.5A DC, 10A pulse and 200V output makes the 2611B-L suitable for testing a wide range of higher voltage and higher current devices, materials, assemblies and sub-packages.
