来自 SNS 的 ENR 数据和 USB 前置放大器数据自动下载到 N8976B。
N8976B 拥有多点触控界面，支持放大、缩小和拖动手势。
只需手指一点，即可访问大多数菜单，无需改变屏幕。
通过一步完成多达 12 种被测器件设置的综合校准，显著简化了 Y 因数测量的噪声源校准。
使用内部校准功能，无需执行用户校准，可以为许多类型的被测器件节省宝贵的测试时间。
内置噪声系数不确定度计算器可以预先填写来自 SNS 噪声源、USB 前置放大器的数据，
以及所有必要的仪器参数，例如分析仪噪声系数、增益、噪声系数不确定度以及匹配等。

The N8976B high-performance noise figure analyzer enables fast, accurate, and repeatable noise figure measurements. When used with SNS series noise sources and U7227 series USB preamplifiers, ENR data from SNS and USB preamplifier data are automatically downloaded to the N8976B. The N8976B has a multi-touch interface that supports zoom in, zoom out and drag gestures.
Most menus can be accessed with just one finger without changing the screen.
Noise source calibration for Y-factor measurements is significantly simplified by comprehensive calibration of up to 12 DUT settings in one step. Using the internal calibration function eliminates the need to perform user calibration, saving valuable test time for many types of DUTs. The built-in noise figure uncertainty calculator can be pre-filled with data from SNS noise sources, USB preamplifiers, and all necessary instrument parameters such as analyzer noise figure, gain, noise figure uncertainty, and matching.
The default noise factor settings provide noise figure and gain measurements. Using Table View, you can also view various measurements in tabular form, including Noise Figure, Noise Figure, Y-Factor, Gain, Phot, Pcold, and Teffective. The spectrum analyzer mode and IQ analyzer (basic) mode of the N8976B provide additional flexibility, allowing customers to measure noise figure and further characterize the device under test as needed. 44 GHz built-in preamplifier (Opt. P44), 25 MHz analysis bandwidth (Opt. B25), precision frequency reference (Opt. PFR), fine step attenuator (Opt. FSA), and background noise extension (Opt. NFE) are available as standard options. The connection between the outside is connected to the isd signal generator through LAN, USB or GPIB interface, which can realize the input of analog local oscillator and frequency conversion device. Local vibration control can be adjusted from the N8973B.
