The new N4375E single-mode LCA is based on the new N5222B network analyzer in a 2-port or 4-port configuration. This LCA is an ideal measurement solution for 10 Gbit/s, 40 Gbit/s and 100 Gbit/s transmission systems in optical fiber (wireless over light), for electro-optical components, as well as radio and aerospace and (A&D) electro-optical Test the app.
The N4375E is traceable and provides specifications for electro-optical S-parameter measurements in a turnkey solution. A highly automated user calibration routine based on the electronic N4691D calibration kit speeds assay preparation and removes the need for optical user calibration. The instrument guides the user through calibration and measurement setup to increase productivity.
The new N4375E follows the legacy and industry standard 8703A/B series of its predecessors with the added advantage of using optional external optical inputs at 1310 nm and 1550 nm light source wavelengths or supported modulation frequencies for each wavelength up to 26.5 GHz
