When deploying emerging high-speed serial bus technologies, identifying spectral components of wide-bandwidth RF signals, or analyzing transient physical phenomena, you need the most realistic characteristics of the signal under test. Keysight Infiniium 90000 X-Series oscilloscopes feature 32 GHz true analog bandwidth. By investing in a proprietary integrated circuit process, Keysight has achieved the industry's highest hardware analog bandwidth on its measurement instruments, while achieving the industry's lowest noise floor and inherent jitter, and enabling the 90000 X-Series to provide up to 32 GHz of True emulation of hardware bandwidth. Due to the bottleneck of 16 GHz hardware technology, other manufacturers can only use digital signal processing enhancement technology or frequency domain interleaving technology to increase the test bandwidth of their oscilloscopes. However, these methods increase noise density and distortion, and can adversely affect measurement accuracy.
