Product Description:
The InfiniiMax II Series 1169B 12 GHz probing system for Infiniium oscilloscopes provides full real-time bandwidth with a bandwidth specification of 12 GHz and a typical bandwidth of 13 GHz. This award-winning InfiniiMax probing system meets even more demanding mechanical access requirements without any performance degradation.


The 1168A/69A has a unique 3.4:1 attenuation ratio and the lowest noise floor of any InfiniiMax probe, making it ideal for signal integrity measurements requiring high sensitivity. The 1168A/69A probe system offers a wide range of probe heads and accessories to support many practical applications. excellent performance


InfiniiMax probe accessories support browser, solder-in, socket, ZIF tips, QuickTip (magnetic tips), soft touch probe tips and SMA probe tip solutions, with a wide range of options to choose from.

The 1169B is the RoHS compliant model of the 1169A. The 1169B is exactly the same as the 1169A in form, size, function and price.
