Product Introduction:
DPO3014 digital fluorescent oscilloscope can provide the performance needed to visualize even the most demanding signals. With a bandwidth of 100 MHz and at least 5x oversampling on all channels as well as sin (x)/x interpolation criteria, you can be confident that even the fastest transient events will be accurately captured and displayed.
The standard 5M recording length on all channels allows you to capture long Windows of signal activity while maintaining good timing resolution. The waveform capture rate of 50,000 wfm/s maximizes the capture of elusive burrs and other contingencies.
The DPO3014 is a 100 MHz 4-channel digital oscilloscope from Tektronix. Measure voltage or current signals in an electronic circuit or component over time to show amplitude, frequency, rise time, etc. Applications include troubleshooting, production testing and design
