特点：

随着近年来测量信号速度的提高，使得必须要在宽频带上实现浮动测量。700924差分探头通过将探头连接到单端输入信号示波器的输入上，实现宽频带(100MHz)差分输入测量。
示波器输入放大器通常为单端。当与10:1无源探头结合使用，对切换电源的栅源电压，或元件如绝缘门双极晶体管(IGBTs)中的共模电压的电位差进行测量时，不提供精确测量。
此外，电流进入示波器接地线，有损坏示波器的风险。

As the speed of measurement signals has increased in recent years, it has become necessary to implement floating measurements over a wide frequency band. The 700924 differential probe realizes wideband (100MHz) differential input measurement by connecting the probe to the input of a single-ended input signal oscilloscope.
The oscilloscope input amplifier is usually single-ended. When used in conjunction with a 10:1 passive probe to measure the gate-source voltage of a switching power supply, or the potential difference of common-mode voltages in components such as insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs), accurate measurements are not provided.
In addition, the current enters the oscilloscope ground wire, which may damage the oscilloscope.
