4945B/C无线电通信综合测试仪是多功能、便携式无线电综合测试类仪器，基于软件无线电架构，集成了跳频信号发生与分析、矢量信号发生与解调分析、模拟调制信号发生与解调分析、音频信号发生与分析、音频示波器、自动测试等功能，它可完成无线通信设备的发射与接收主要性能测试，并对射频、调制、音频、数码等特征参数进行测量分析，广泛应用于短波/超短波通信电台、数据链系统、通信及侦察卫星、无线接力机等无线通信设备的研制、生产、检定和维修测试，更可方便搭载于通信车、侦察车、舰、船等各类装备了无线通信终端的军事移动载体或外场测试。
丰富的射频测试功能：扫频频谱分析，宽带与窄带功率测量，频率误差测量，射频信号源；
模拟制式通信测试：AM、FM、SSB信号发生与解调分析。具备解调音频的图形化显示、SINAD、SNR、失真度、调制率等测量功能，并内置扬声器，可实时输出解调话音；调制信号发生调制源支持外音频、麦克风；
